Send a written description of your concern to omar@mymtgco.com. We will make a good-faith effort to respond within 10 business days. This informal process is a precondition to filing any claim, except where injunctive or emergency relief is required.

13. Limitation of Actions

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of this Site or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred, regardless of any statute of limitations to the contrary. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from a consumer credit transaction governed by federal or California law.
