7. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

If we take adverse action on your application based in whole or in part on information in a consumer report, we will notify you and provide the name and contact information of the consumer reporting agency that furnished the report. You have the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report from that agency within 60 days of receiving the adverse action notice, and to dispute inaccurate information. We use credit information solely for the purpose of evaluating your creditworthiness for a mortgage loan and do not share credit report data beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
8. Phone & Text Communications (TCPA)
When you provide your phone number through a form on this Site, you consent to receive phone calls and text messages from My Mortgage Company, Inc. regarding your inquiry or loan application. This may include calls or texts from an automated dialing system or pre-recorded messages. Your consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not required as a condition of obtaining any loan product or service.

We honor the National Do Not Call Registry. If your number is on the Do Not Call Registry and you receive an unwanted marketing call from us, please notify us immediately at the contact information above.
